Upon returning home from mass, having had palm branches blessed, we folded them into Palm Crosses, and placed them behind the crucifixes in the house.
We then draped all of our holy objects in purple, having forgotten to on Passion Sunday (Oooops!)
We listened to “Jesus Enters Jerusalem” from Tomie DePaola’s Book of Bible Stories
and colored these cute little decals.
And, so, Holy Week begins! Happy Palm Sunday!

Hi Holly,
Thank you for the link to make the cross from the palm branches! I’ve never been able to do it myself and I know you posted this last year, but I found it at Monica’s Lenten link up.
Glad it was of use to you Noreen! I, too, was never able to make the cross myself so am so grateful for others sharing!
